Responsible to establish, manage and oversee the Quick Response Centre (QRC) manager/supervisor to excel in the in-house repair and field service activities to support the aftermarket end-customer and strategic alliance customer needs.
Responsible to ensure QRC is profitable, efficient and effective in operations to exceed customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Manage and oversee the Manufacturing Operations team in responsible for the overall material planning, production and assembly related activities.
Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance team in responsible for the overall manufacturing in-process quality control, artisan program implementation, non-conformance resolution and maintain good quality management system.
Manage and oversee the Technical Services team in responsible for the overall troubleshoot, service and repair of mechanical seals either at in-house workshop and/or customer on-site.
Manage and oversee the Inventory Management team in optimizing purchasing system, effective inventory management, supplier relationship management and driving aggressive cost out targets.
Manage and oversee the QRC managers/supervisors in responsible for the execution of the complete QRC process which includes order processing, troubleshoot, repair, manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality assurance, warehousing and transportation of products, as well as maintenance of the machineries/equipment and inventory management.
Lead the manufacturing and operations workgroup of QRC in developing and implementing both Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives on safety, work process, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
Lead CIP & Safety committee and all work groups in the QRC in driving improvement plans on plant EHS, to ensure compliance with company deliverables, local legislation and regulations including risk assessment.
Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in industrial products and manufacturing industry with at least 3 years on managerial level.
Experience in profit and loss is preferred.
Good knowledge in Manufacturing/Production Operations, Facility Engineering and Quality Engineering would be an added advantage.
Proficient in both spoken and written English is a must
Able to facilitate and resolve conflict situations
Able to work in fast-moving and strong customer centric environment
Green Belt and Lean Practitioner certified preferred
This position leads and manages a team of manufacturing and operations support workgroup to develop and expand our business share in the Philippines to drive towards meeting operational and financial metrics and establish low cost sourcing raising QRC capability through localization.
The revenue is between 3.2mil (2018) to 5 mil (2020).
